Once again the ladies of Ohio put on an outstanding show. The attendees had a great time seeing the trade floor and the first day brought in over 1100 paid walk-in. This was wonderful for the exhibitors who were kept busy all day.
The team Scheewe has shared so many wonderful years together going to trade shows, conventions and teaching workshops. Sue's mom would love it when the girls would come to Portland for two weeks in January and two weeks in June plus all the many show we have atended together. Over 25 years with never a hard word and the best of memories.
This photo is from the Heart Of Ohio Tole Show. From left to right are Sue, Barbara Smith, Bev Hink Birdwell, Ros Stallcup and Jane Drynan. We all enjoy seeing Carolyn Stevens and Char Stemple who have retired and not at the show.

Here I am with Judy Westergard and Barbara Jenkins in their painted bras to benefit breast cancer awareness.

Sue and Ros are in Sue's booth with a very nice couple from Italy. They have a shop over there and this was therr first visit to the United States. Their command of the English language was very good and that made it easy to communicate. I know they had a wonderful time on the trade floor.

Sue and i are with an old friend from France. Vernique has a shop in the Northeastern part of France and next year we will go over and Sue will teach for two days. We can hardly wait to visit.
Taking a break from the show we all went for a family style Italian meal. The fellow in the foreground is Larry Rol.
Our next show will be in Providence, Rhode Island in October and then a trip up to Rockport, Mass. for some sightseeing.
