Sue was born in Portland and I was born in Joplin, Missouri. Every time I go to the coast is a real treat for me. We usually go to the northern Oregon coast and the city is Cannon Beach. Last weekend
they had their annual sandcastle contest. I am in awe of the artistic skills to create these
beautiful creations. I wanted to share just a few shots and I hope you enjoy looking at these
work of art.
This one had another arch and was called Arch Rivals.
This is about half the number of people who came to watch the creations.
Everyone had a great time and believe it or not it didn't rain. We went home dry
and happy.
